Statement from family of Lennie Adams

Lennie Adams

Following the conviction today of Paul Chambers, Christopher Charles and Charlie Chase for the murder of Lennie Adams, Lennie’s family have issued the following statement:

‘The family and friends were deeply shocked and saddened by the sudden and tragic circumstances surrounding the untimely death of Lennie Adams.

This was a man who led an alternative lifestyle, one outside the norm of the vast majority. A life which allowed him to ‘dance to his own tune’, in a way which combined his passion for music and a love of nature. Lennie was a talented artist, a skilled woodsman and a salesman with a unique selling style.

To many Lennie was ingrained with the rich tapestry of life within Semley and Shaftesbury area. Ultimately that tapestry has become tarnished by the devastating manner of his death.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.’

A photo of Lennie is attached.
